Millet Loaf

3 Cups Tomato Juice

1 Cup Millet

1 Cup Chopped Olives

2 Cups Tomato Juice

1 Onion

1/2 Cup Raw Cashews

1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds

3/4 tsp Salt 

1/2 tsp Sage

 

Blend last 7 ingredients until smooth. Mix all ingredients. Bake in a greased 2qt casserole dish at 375 Degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or 3 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 6.
