Grape-Nuts Roast

2 Cups Grape-Nuts

3 Cups Milk

2 Cups Finely Chopped Celery

1/2 Cups Chopped Nuts (any kind)

1/2 cup Chopped Onion

2 Tbsp White Flour

1 1/4 tsp Salt

 

Combine all ingredients well. Let stand 20 minutes. Transfer to a sprayed, 2 qt casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, until lightly set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.
